Weather Decision Matrix

Sunny

Check Central Area, Seaside Beach in the morning, Lake for Kingfisher, and Onsen Mountain for Hawfinch.

Rainy

Prioritize Forest for Eurasian Jay, Lake for Smew, Fishing Village East Pier for Cinnamon Ground Dove, and Hawfinch if you are already near Onsen Mountain.

Rainbow

Rainbow is the flexible hunt day. Sweep rare or weather-gated birds before filling common entries.

Photo Checklist

  • Equip the Bird Scanner before approaching the route.
  • Keep distance and move slowly; sprinting can scare birds away.
  • Wait for chirping, foraging, flight, or another active pose for better card quality.
  • Recheck weather if your target has not appeared after a full area sweep.

Common Mistakes

  • Searching the right area at the wrong time of day.
  • Ignoring weather-gated birds on sunny or rainy days.
  • Taking an idle photo too quickly when a better pose is about to happen.
  • Using event bird locations outside the event window.

FAQ

What is the best bird location route?

Central Area and Forest are good starter sweeps, but the best route depends on your target. Water birds push you to Lake, village birds to Fishing Village, and Hawfinch to Onsen Mountain Crater Lake.

Where is Double-Barred Finch?

Double-Barred Finch is listed at Fishing Village Lighthouse, all day, in sunny, rainy, or rainbow weather.

Where is Robin in Heartopia?

Robin searches usually mean European Robin, which is listed in Central Area.

Should I use the database or this page?

Use this page when you need a route by location. Use the full database when you need exact prices or want to filter many species at once.

Are event birds included?

Yes, but event birds should be treated separately because Nest of Hundreds event rules can override normal area routes.
