Dorothee runs Morin's Clothing Store on Residential Street in the Town Square area. She's a permanent shopkeeper NPC — you'll always find her at her store during business hours.
The store has two floors: the ground floor is the clothing shop with dressing rooms in the back left corner, and the second floor houses the hair salon (unlocked via quest).
💡 Tip: If you can't find the store, open your map (M key) and look for the clothing icon in the Town Square area. The store is on Residential Street — you can also use the Track feature on Dorothee's portrait.
